What is Y2K Express ?

Y2K Express is an automated code conversion service, being offered in conjunction with CCD Online Systems, which is designed specifically to augment your in-house Year 2000 conversion project. This approach frees up your resources for the planning, analysis, design, testing, and management of the project.

What is the advantage of Y2K Express ?

Cost. Our software factory is geared up for efficient conversion at very attractive rates per line of code.

Are the results guaranteed ?

Absolutely. Our process is guaranteed in writing to find and convert all date-sensitive code, or we will re-do the conversion.

How does the process work ?

You provide us with the code and conversion specifications. Using one of the most sophisticated toolsets in the industry, Beyond 1999 from CCD Online Systems, we convert approximately 25 percent of your code and return it to you for unit testing. We then review the results with you to establish a baseline for the rest of the conversion.

What operating environments do you support ?

We provide conversion for applications written in COBOL, PL/I, BAL, RPG, FOCUS, and ADS/O using CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, IDMS, and VSAM. Conversion support for other languages is under development.
